Creativity is very important in getting my kids to eat well. I rename meals and cut vegetables into small pieces. Spaghetti and meatballs with a side of string beans becomes super pasta and hero meatballs with awesome star veggies, spinach chicken wraps turn into power wraps with sidekick puffs.
Cheesy but effective and I don't have to go through the trouble of hiding vegetables in my kids’ meals to get them to enjoy eating them.
