Summer Recipe Spotlight: French Toast with Fresh Seasonal Fruit
I found myself craving some French toast the other day for dinner. You know what I did? I went straight to my fridge and got out all of the ingredients to make my family breakfast for dinner. Is there anything better? I served it with fresh blueberries my kids and I picked that very afternoon! It was downright delicious and nutritious. My kids gobbled up every last bite and washed it down with a tall cold glass of milk. I was one happy momma with three satisfied kids ages 7 to 15 years old. I call that a win!
I am sharing that recipe below. I found it in our Health eKitchen recipe collection. You can find lots of other really yummy recipes there too. I encourage you to check it out.
